Hagerstown, MD; yes, that facade is all vitrolite. This building has been through many tenants over the years. Each time between them, there is talk of tearing this building down. At the moment, they are prep-ing this place to be a beauty school. [sorry about the rain spots. I took three shots from this angle and this was the best! It was that kinda day. Again.]
